I. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
We collect both "Personal Information" and "Non-Personal Information" about our users. In this policy, Personal Information is information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your full name and email address, and information that is linked to such information. "Non-Personal Information" is information that cannot be used to contact or identify you and is not linked to information that can be used to contact or identify you and includes passively collected information about your activities on our Site, such as usage data, to the extent that information is not linked to your Personal Information.
A. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
All Personal Information that you provide to us when registering, communicating through the Site, or that you otherwise provide on the Site or by phone, email or postal mail, will be stored by us. Form submissions are sent to Their Kids LLC email addresses as well as linked google drive storage. Information collected from conversations on the phone, over video calls, and in person from clients and caregivers may be stored in documents and spreadsheets on the personal computers of Their Kids LLC staff as well as in the google drive accounts of the Their Kids LLC email addresses (email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org, and email@example.com). Caregiver information may be stored in an internal database on Their Kids LLC’s website, accessed through user log in (accessible only by Their Kids LLC members and staff). In addition, you represent and warrant to us that you have the right and authority to provide us all Personal Information you provide about yourself or others. You may provide us this Personal Information in various ways, including:
1. FAMILY INFO
When you register your family through our online application and through the family profile we will collect and store the following personal information:
Contact information (Name, pronouns, email, phone number, address)
Credit card information (type, number, expiration date, security code, and billing address)
Information on family structure
Details on children to include age and birthdates, pronouns, school names (when relevant), names of businesses the children may be enrolled in an activity (when relevant), and any allergies or medical conditions
Employment information on parents

When you register to be a Caregiver through our online application we will collect and store the following personal information:
Contact information (Name, email, phone, address)
Resume/Cover Letter/Letters of Recommendation
Date of Birth
B. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE SITE
We collect additional information about your interaction with the Site without identifying you as an individual (“Anonymous Information”) by using cookies or other automated technologies on the Site as described in the section titled “COOKIES AND LOG DATA" below. For example, we receive certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address and information about your browser and operating system, access times, and referring website address. We may use Anonymous Information for any purpose in our discretion. For clarity, Anonymous Information means information that is not associated with or linked to your personal information and does not permit the identification of individual persons.

At this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, but we do provide you the option to opt out of internet based advertising. VI. DIRECT MARKETING
We may send out marketing communications (such as a newsletter) to our customers to explain exciting developments with our business or to offer special promotions about our Services. You can always choose to stop receiving newsletters or other communications from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a marketing message. Please understand that if you choose not to receive promotional correspondence from us, we may still contact you in connection with your relationship, activities, transactions and/or communications with us.

This Site is not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13 and as such, we do not intentionally gather information from individuals who are under the age of 13. We may ask you to pay an administrative fee for accessing or copying your personal information, but will inform you of the anticipated charges and confirm that you want us to proceed before processing your request.
