They / Them / Their Kids

A socially conscious childcare collective expanding resources to support gender inclusion and empowerment.

Join the movement.

Our Vision

Their Kids cultivates community and relationships that emphasize diversity, empathy, and inclusion. We serve as a community resource for people who embody shared values in creating visibility, space, and validation for queer, trans, and gender nonconforming people. Their Kids envisions a future with self-love and acceptance at the forefront, where children feel validated as their authentic selves.

We advocate for empathetic care as a vehicle for social change and empowerment of marginalized people.

We honor all gender identities, expressions, and presentations. There are no identity requirements to be a part of Their Kids. Our community is inclusive and compassionate to ALL identities.

We are proudly founded upon anti-oppression politics and practices. Their Kids does not tolerate racism, classism, queer/transphobia, xenophobia, islamophobia, ageism, sizeism, or ableism.

What We Do

Serving the whole state of New York, Their Kids operates as a child care job board and online community platform designed to connect gender inclusive families and caregivers.

For Families

We offer services to fit all of your family's childcare needs from full-time, long-term caregiver to after-school care to your standing yoga date with yourself to needing a kid-free Saturday morning to recover from your Friday night. We get it. Their Kids is here.

For Caregivers

Caregivers, we adore you. You make this world go round much more smoothly, often in unrealized ways. Their Kids facilitates community for you to connect with families who feel the same and encourage and hold space for you to be your authentic self.

For Community

Their Kids is queering the village through hosting community building events, facilitating gender investigative workshops, and holding accessible playgroups to create intentional space for kids built upon exploration & inclusion.
